There is a story behind this year "theme". Shorten the story, at first it was a "Thai silk", any colour can do. Then it became "purple", any fabric can do. So, walla~ it became not-so-purple + thai silk. he3. enjoy the pic. =D

1) I know I am old when I like my shirt to be plain. No pattern or writing or pictures or mixed colours. No nothing. Just one-colour-plain shirt. Even for t-shirt and round neck.
2) I know I am old when I like to watch news rather than movies or series. The urge to know whats goin on in this world is rather fascinating than high-definition-action-packed movies.
3) I know I am old when I like to do things in order. No more dont-think, just-do kind of action. Everything that I wanna do will be through the thinking process in every aspects possible.
4) I know I am old when I like to have just a leather-black for my outhing shoes. No more sneakers with patterns or colours.
5) I know I am old when I can let go on something that I really want. Its not that I dont want to fight for it, but this scenario goes to something I want (like a new gadget for example), not something I need or required. I can accept the explanation and let it go on things that I dont really need.
6) I know I am old when I like everything to be discussed in peace, rather than get emotional and make a scene out of it. When issues comes, I like to put every options that I have into the table, and think which is the best, rather than get angry and emotional when I cannot get something I want.
7) I know I am old when I like my name to be spelled Abbas, rather than aBBaS. =D

Some say watches are man's jewelry. When woman are all thrill about bracelet, ring, necklace... watches are all mans got. So please ladies, give your man a freedom to own his admired watch. =)
This is Bvlgari Diagono Retrograde Moonphase Rose Gold watch. I am so amazed at the design, details made, complications, technology... Most-wanted-eye-catching watch i've ever seen. Limited series which only 300 pieces were made. Oh yeah, tony stark wore this one in the iron man movie. =D
Of course i am never gonna own this. its almost rm100,000. Better own a car then. lol. =D

Motivasi belajar :
I would say that my prime motivation towards building a career through graduate research study is having my mother by my side. Committed oneself to research study is like signing a long-term contract for one’s brain to operate in anywhere by anytime in order to produce an idea that will contribute to the research. Moreover, one needs to be passionate, as it will build up the intention to do the research that metaphorically known as a lonely business that only one’s care. For me, that commitment requires a full package of motivation and Alhamdulillah, I got a very supportive people surrounding me that formally or informally motivate me through my research study.

Perancangan :
When entering research work environment, I cannot help to fall in love with it. Studying literature and new publication to keep up with others works, it seems like the knowledge world is growing so fast and through that thought, emerge the passion for taking a challenge in doing research by trying to contribute as much as I can to the world of knowledge. As a goal, I would like myself to arise as a researcher that not only contributed to the knowledge world, but also contributed to the real-time life world by creating a research product that could be used as a daily element for a better lifestyle. Creating research product also relevant to the goal of Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia towards Research, Development and Commercialization.

Pengalaman belajar di UMP :
It was a priceless experience for almost 7 years my time in UMP starting from diploma, first degree and now doing my second degree. But I would conclude that it was totally a different atmosphere for my undergraduate and graduate study which my time as a graduate student is much more challenging in term of exertion towards finishing the degree. The challenge is mostly in the matter of colleagues support but as a research institute, UMP gave me a great support in doing my research through funding the research, supervision through experts, lab and library, and also all type of supports regarding participation in research activities such as conference, exhibition, work publication and so on.

Komitmen :
A huge life commitment is essential when doing research study. As for me to that commitment, daily routine became continuously studying literature, series of experiment and testing, troubleshooting any indefinite results and so on. Although my research is in computer science discipline, I also committed to other disciplines, as I perceive that research work need to be done by taking into consideration every possible angles of knowledge disciplines in order to produce highly interconnected research findings. For example, as researching an ICT component that can be incorporated into Diabetes patient’s daily management routine, I need to study not only the computer science discipline, but also the literature of Diabetes disease that is in medical knowledge discipline.
